With HAI As an employer and employee, we take safety seriously, and we attach great importance to both the physical and psychological working environment.
Members from the occupational health and safety organization regularly carry out safety rounds to supervise that HAI complies with all rules and laws.
We use well-being measurements and workplace assessments to measure the temperature in the company and to improve the working environment. We take our own and others' experiences as a point of departure. We collaborate across management and employees as well as functions and professional groups. We focus on safety through board meetings, meetings, dialogue, instruction and follow-up.
A follow-up and visibility of sickness absence as well as a thorough review of near misses and possible work accidents are of the highest safety priority at HAI.
We identify and assess the work environment risks and challenges and determine the activities that are necessary for dangerous situations to be prevented and eliminated.
The safety activities are based on ISO 45001 and must at all times comply with the applicable legislation.
HAIs top management and middle management group work continuously with social capital and are ambassadors for a good working environment, competence development and the reception of new employees.
